Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner put their $16.7 million home on the market to accommodate their growing family.
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner recently listed their sprawling Encino mansion for $16.7 million.
The move comes less than a year after the couple welcomed their first child, Willa.
Jonas, 31, and Turner, 25, originally purchased the home in 2019 for $14.1 million, the same year Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra purchased a $20 million estate in the same upscale neighborhood.

The home, which features nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, is a massive 15,000 square feet in size and sits on nearly an acre of land.
According to Compass real estate agent Carl Gambino, the “Game of Thrones” star and the Jonas Brothers singer have “significantly invested” in the home, which he compares to a “high-end boutique hotel.”

The contemporary home, located in the secluded Royal Oaks enclave, has been upgraded with a spa, gym, an expansive surround sound system, a theater, and an expansive security system.
A wine cellar, private balconies, custom-made chandeliers, glass walls, oversized sliding doors, natural woods and imported stones, European cabinetry, and heightened ceilings are among the interior features.
The listing states that the objective is to create a “effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle.”

The outdoor amenities include a lap pool and spa, as well as a separate two-bedroom guesthouse equipped with entertainment equipment such as an aquarium, cigar humidor, kegerator, fog machine, disco lights, and a covert DJ station.
A four-car garage, turf landscaping, putting green, outdoor projector, secondary prep kitchen, and outdoor patios round out the home’s features.

After three years of dating, Jonas and Turner married for the first time in Las Vegas on May 1, 2019.
They also attempted to sell their Nolita apartment in New York City last summer, but it was removed from the market.
