Emily Seebohm has emerged victorious following her bitter divorce from Mitch Larkin – with their former love nest now solely in her name and a former investment set to re-test the market.
While property records indicate the couple purchased a Hendra house on Mein Street for $1.375 million in 2017, it appears as though the star couple has worked out their differences following their split, with only Ms Seebohm’s name appearing on CoreLogic records.

Ms Seebohm – who sold her investment property at 36 Flemington Street in Hendra a year after the dramatic split – will soon discover how much more she may have acquired, as the home is scheduled to go under the hammer this weekend.
Ms Seebohm used the three-bedroom family home as a savvy investment in a high-demand suburb.
Ms Seebohm sold the Flemington Street residence for $790,000 – $220,000 more than she paid in 2012.
The property has generated a healthy rental income, with rents hovering around $620 per week two years ago.
Ms Seebohm is now listed as the sole owner of the $1.375 million home she purchased with Mitch Larkin. Emily Seebohm’s Hendra investment property sold for $200,000 more than she paid for it in June 2019. The property is set to re-test the market this Saturday when it goes under the hammer.
